Our continued partnership with PepsiCo at the Frito-Lay Headquarters in Plano, Texas has been rewarding. Nearly two decades after our Dallas team completed the original 520,000sf space, we had the privilege of returning to enhance key areas—prioritizing both functionality and design.
The latest renovation included updates to the mothers’ rooms, a refreshed cafeteria, and a new, state-of-the-art conference center. A new staircase connecting the basement to the first floor improved connectivity, while elegant details like custom wood veneer panels and operable wall partitions brought both style and efficiency to the space.
Our strong relationship with PepsiCo continues to grow, and we’re proud to contribute to the creation of spaces that foster innovation and employee well-being.
